STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I placed an order for 7 items from Saree Palace, specifically outfits for my daughters. I requested 2 different sizes, but they sent the same size for both. To make matters worse, they also delivered 2 incorrect items—totally different colors and styles than what I had chosen. Plus, the 2 stitched gowns I ordered, meant to fit a certain height, came in over 10 inches too short!

I’ve spent more than £350 on this order, and they’re just ignoring all my messages and emails. When I finally got a reply from their automated chat, they promised to get back to me in 24 hours, but here I am, 2 weeks later, still waiting.

I’m absolutely appalled by the customer service and the complete lack of response. I’m definitely taking this further legally.

We purchased 5 sets of formal wear and were quite pleased with the whole experience. The delivery came in under a month to Switzerland, and we were really satisfied with the fabric quality and how well everything fit. We had requested custom sizes, and all the outfits fit perfectly! Big shoutout to the customer service for their prompt and useful replies to our inquiries before and during the ordering process! We would surely recommend Saree Palace!

The service I received was just awful, and the quality of the products was lacking... I reached out right after getting my order, and they promised to investigate... still haven't heard back.

The customer service was just awful. After my items arrived, they completely dodged my emails because they were informed that the products didn’t match the description. Latika from the support team totally ignored my messages on WhatsApp and email, even after she acknowledged that the lengha wasn’t advertised properly. I also tried reaching out through Facebook and Instagram. Seriously, steer clear or place your order at your own peril!

Our custom stitched lehengas arrived in roughly 4 weeks, and they are stunning! The fit is fantastic! Quality is top-notch! Huge thanks! We’re definitely gonna be ordering more down the line.

Inexpensive imitations. I decided to grab one outfit to test the quality before going for more. It was priced at £25, but with taxes and delivery, it ended up being £42.

Honestly, just skip it. The material felt way off and was scratchy, plus it was see-through. The sleeve cutouts looked like they were done without any thought to how they'd sit on the shoulder, which was not at all like the picture. The pants were loose and bulky, definitely not the fitted style shown in the image.

I really wish I could share a photo to show you the obvious difference. It honestly resembled the cheapest imitation you could imagine, and they claimed it was the same outfit.

The bank refunded me in no time.

Last year, I was in a bit of a bind needing an outfit for my cousin's wedding with hardly any time to spare! The service I got was absolutely top-notch! They kept in touch through Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp, and the suit showed up several days ahead of the Mehndi, looking stunning!!! Just like the pictures online and at a fantastic price too!! For online shopping in the UK, they’re the best around!!!

I was assured my suit would be on time, and it sure was!! The fit is perfect - just make sure you provide the right measurements!!!

I got 4 dresses, and the price and stitching were decent, but the sleeves showed up without any lining. The picture had lining, and I made that clear. I also inquired about any additional fees besides shipping and stitching, and they assured me there were none before I placed my order. Turns out, there are customs duties and taxes that weren’t mentioned anywhere on the site. From my perspective, they ought to include those charges in the order to avoid the hassle of paying twice.

When it all adds up, it’s quite a bit. It’s better to order in bulk rather than just a few if you want to get your money’s worth. I didn’t know about this and didn’t reply to FedEx, so now I’m stuck dealing with a debt collector.

I made a purchase from Australia and had a really nice experience. I could chat through Whatsapp with the business and got my packages pretty fast (2.5 weeks including the stitching time). I bought two outfits and both were fantastic in terms of quality and the size of the stitching. The blouse from one outfit and the lengha bottom from the other were a bit loose, but I was overall super happy with the outfits. The website also has a great guide for giving stitching measurements, which was very thorough and easy to understand. The prices are quite reasonable too. Can’t wait to order again!
